台湾のコーヒー器具メーカーMinosから2024年に発売されたフラットベッドのドリッパーです。ウェーブフィルターのことをケーキカップフィルターと呼こともあるので、形状はまんま155サイズのウェーブフィルターの形をしています。抜けはゆっくりめでピーキーではないため、安定度(レシピの再現度)はかなり高いです。抽出穴はユニークな中央ではなく底の外側から落ちていきます。抜けが遅めなのはこの影響ですね。中心に注ぐことを意識すれば特に良いかな、と思います。あと、カラーリングが秀逸でこのアンバーモデルはとくにお気に入りです。

This flat-bed dripper was released in 2024 by Taiwanese coffee equipment manufacturer Minos. Since wave filters are sometimes called cake cup filters, its shape is identical to a size 155 wave filter. The extraction is slow and not peaky, resulting in quite high stability (recipe reproducibility). The brew holes are uniquely positioned not at the center but along the outer edge of the bottom. This design contributes to the slower flow rate. I find it works especially well if you consciously focus on pouring into the center. Additionally, the coloring is superb, and this amber model is a particular favorite of mine.
