絵付けが美しいメリタのヴィンテージドリッパーです。「ピータースハーゲンはメリタの故郷 北ドイツの風景を焼きつけた美しい高級フィルターです」と箱に買いてあります。年代は1970年代以後、というところですね。おそらくですがドイツ製です、ただネット検索だとほぼ日本語の情報なので明確ではないかもですね。ブルーブラックでの絵付けがとても美しく、ドリッパー外側・内側から持ち手に至るまで、丁寧に描かれています。これはもう工芸品だ、って思って使っていません。飾っているだけで美しい、そんなドリッパーのひとつ。

This is a vintage Melitta filter with beautiful decoration. The box says, “Petershagen is a beautiful, high-quality filter that captures the scenery of northern Germany, the home of Melitta.” It dates back to after 1970s. It is probably made in Germany, but since most of the information I found online is in Japanese, I can’t say for sure. The blue-black decoration is exceptionally beautiful, meticulously painted from the exterior and interior of the dripper to the handle. This is more of a work of art than a functional item. It’s one of those drippers that are simply beautiful to display.
