2024年に発売された燕三条で作られた日本製のドリッパーです。なんで燕三条なのに金属ではなくてトライタンなの？って思っていましたが、燕三条の金属加工の技術で金型を作ってるんですね。なるほど、って思いました。抽出穴のあたりの細いところなど、細かいところまでしっかり作り込まれてます。花びらのような抽出穴が特徴です。フラットベッドに分類しましたが、厳密にはフラットではなくて中央の部分が低くなっています。この高低差が良くて、真ん中からツーーーとコーヒーが落ちていきます。この構造から、安定してコーヒーが抽出できるのが良い。浅煎り細挽きに合うドリッパーです。2024年の国産ドリッパーのなかでも、これは秀逸ですね。

This is a Japanese-made dripper made in Tsubame-Sanjo, 2024. Why is it Tritan instead of metal, even though it is made in Tsubame-Sanjo(that area is home to a cluster of advanced metalworking technologies)? I had wondered, but I see that the mold is made with Tsubame-Sanjo’s metalworking technology. I see. The details, such as the narrow part around the extraction hole, are well made. The extraction hole looks like a flower petal. I classified it as a flat bed, but strictly speaking, it is not flat, but the center part is lowered. This height difference is good, and coffee falls down from the center. This structure is good for stable coffee extraction. This dripper is suitable for shallow roast fine grind coffee, and it is excellent among the domestic drippers of 2024.
